Caerphilly-based brewery Celt Experience is holding two meet the brewer events for Swansea’s real ale fans in February.
The first, on Wednesday 4 February, is at 7.30pm at the No Sign on Wind Street. It will feature a beer tasting, meet the brewer and nibbles.
There will be the chance to sample two Celt beers, including a new brew called Chieftain, which is described as an aromatic, pale, fruity single-hopped session beer full of fresh berry, pine and spice notes and of 4.1% strength.
Chieftain will be one of a new range of single hop beers, full of hop aroma and flavour, and less bitter than much of the brewer’s normal range.
The second meet the brewer event will take place on Wednesday, 11 February at the Red Lion in Morriston from 6.30-8pm.
Celt Experience won beer of the festival at last year’s Swansea Camra beer and cider festival in August with their 614 Années, an 8.5% chocolate rye porter with an amazing kick.
