These are the delicious, hand-picked ciders and perries we have for your enjoyment at this year’s Swansea Bay Beer & Cider Festival. Our beer list is here

Brecon: Powys

Black Mountains Beauty  6.3%  M
Well balanced, fruity medium cider with a satisfying tannin finish

Dee Ciders: Flintshire

Richard’s Sweet Perry  7%                  D
A naturally hazy Perry full of floral and pear flavour, soft with a dry finish and lasting finish. No sulphites

Richard’s Sweet cider 6.4%            S
Richards sweet cider uses the same base cider as their 2019 award winning medium cider. The extra sweetness softens the mouth whilst still keeping the flavour and finish. No sulphites

Farmhouse Perry 7%                      M
From a working farm in Abbey Dore made from the family’s own orchards, supplying the fruit needed to make 100% juice perry, a medium vintage.

Gwynt-y-Ddraig: Llantwit Fardre, Pontypridd

Autumn Magic cider 4%                       M
A fruity blackberry medium cider, with a magical colour thanks to the perfect blend of apples and blackberries. It tastes even better than it looks!

Black Dragon cider 7.2%                   M/D   
The legendary Black Dragon! This cider now has quite a following among the most discerning cider drinkers and rightly so. It is rich and full bodied with a fresh fruity aroma.

Celtic Warrior cider 5.5%                             S   
This warrior of a cider is sweet but mighty on flavour. The result is a cider with a full depth of colour and a mature yet smooth finish.

Dog Dancer cider 6.5%                      M/D               
We all have that one friend who thinks they can dance but really look just like a hyperactive dog! This smooth crisp cider is in admiration to all those friends out there. It is a light straw-coloured medium cider with a nice refreshing crispiness to it.

Fiery fox cider 6.5%                           M                    
This sneaky cider is as wily as a fox – one sip and it will creep up on you becoming your new favourite drink! Golden medium cider with a refreshing apple aroma. Smooth balanced flavour.

Happy Daze cider 4.5%                      M                   
Who can resist a light, bright, fruity glass of Happy Daze? It’s a smooth and fresh tasting cider which makes it easy drinking.

Pyder 6%                                            M                    
An out of the ordinary mix of apple and pear juice blended to tantalise your taste buds.

Welsh Warrior cider 6%                    M        
A mighty medium cider. Like a warrior, it is strong, powerful and proudly Welsh. This cider has good depth of colour and a rounded, balanced flavour.

Two Trees Perry 4.5%                                    M        
A pale, fruity perry with an aroma of fruit and a hint of honey on the palate. It was CAMRA’s 2013 silver award and Champion Perry of Britain 2015

Oak Aged  cider  5.6%                        M
Medium cider, special edition finished in Lowland whisky barrels

Dabinett  cider 6%                              M
Single variety made from bittersweet Dabinett apples, matured for more than a year

Llanblethian Orchards: Vale of Glamorgan

Glamorgan Perry 6%                                 M
A blended easy drinking perry, smooth and rounded with pear and citrus notes and a lingering alcoholic warmness

Mayday cider 6%                                      S
A sharp, very sweet cider with good apple flavour – apple pie in a glass! Very popular on the festival circuit.

A light fruity perry, perfect for people new to cider who enjoy a dry whitewine

Sunshine cider 6%                   M
A fruity medium cider with a pleasant appley sharpness balanced with a smooth sweetness.

Yarlington Mill 6.1%                                M/D
Fruit from orchards grazed by cows and lambs giving a strong biodiversity and organic link, a medium dry cider with single variety apples

Monnow Valley Cider : Monmouth

Monnow Magic Perry 5.7%                        M
A single variety perry from the ‘Yellow Langdon’ pear

Gunpowder Plot Perry 7%                           D
A vibrant piquant perry, fresh crisp and zingy

Palmers Upland Cider : Newport

Cheeky Jackdaw                    5.5%                   S
Named after the birds that frequent the roof of the cyder shed. The cider pours a rich amber colour, reminiscent of autumnal hues, with a slight haze. The aroma is captivating, with earthy undertones derived from wild fermentation and the inclusion of traditional cider apple varieties, mingling with the sweet and tangy scent of ripe apples.

Rubber Chicken cider     7%                        M/D
The aroma is instantly captivating, with notes of freshly picked apples wafting through the air, accompanied by a subtle hint of orchard blossoms. As you take your first sip, your taste buds are met with tangy apple flavours with a perfect balance between soft tannins, sweetness and acidity. The mouthfeel is velvety smooth, beautifully rounded, with a clean finish that leaves you craving another sip

Joos’t cider 6.2%                                               M
Ashmeads Kernel, Ribston Pippin, Dabinett, Harry Masters Jersey and Kingston Black. A medium, golden cider bursting with sweet tropical fruit flavour balanced by a bright acidity and a long spicy tannin finish

Scrumpt Cider 6.7%                                             D
Dabinett, Browns Apple and Harry Masters Jersey. Easy drinking, for a full dry, still cider. A smoky tannin taste and dry finish with the merest hint of stone-fruit sweetness

Pear’z Perry 6.2%          M                                 
Blakeney Red. A medium perry fermented to ‘dry’ but contains natural non-fermentable sugars giving it a slightly floral aroma and a full fruity pear flavour, with a well balanced acidity to finish.

Troggi cider : Monmouth
