An easy going session ale, hopped with Marynka, Summit, First Gold and Goldings and the late addition of Cheshire honey in the fermenter.

Strong, pale ale with American hops to give aromas of resinous pine and citrus. 3.5lbs of whole hops for each barrel, to guarantee intense flavour and aromas.

Cambrian Pale  4.6%  PA
Pale ale and cara malts form a smooth, sweet, malty beer, generously hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Mosaic hops to give fruity orange/tangerine flavours.

Rye Catcher  4.5  S
Rye and rye crystal malts provide spicy malt and a vibrant copper colour to this American Rye beer. Generous US hops produce an assertive bitterness, with citrus and grapefruit.

Flavours of a continental wheat beer with orange zesty aroma and flavour. Brewed with Belgian Saison yeast.

Well hopped, with the distinct and bold Styrian Goldings. Lemon & lime flavours linger well.

Very pale session beer. American hops are used for distinctive aroma and flavour.

India Pale Ale   5.3%   PA
A traditional India Pale Ale, light gold in colour and made using only Goldings and Fuggles hops, the latter giving a subtle but distinct taste and aroma.

A Belgian style Witbier, smoother and easier-going than its German Weisse counterparts. Orange peel and coriander seeds are stirred into the copper.

Crisp, hoppy Welsh IPA with a dry finish.

Tropical fruit cocktail, elderflower and rose aromas. Flavour – grapefruit, citrus, a spicy and piney kick to finish.

Reddish brown ale is initially bitter, generously but not overly flavoured with New Zealand hops, rounding off to a fruity finish.

Clear, bright golden ale with a clean refreshing taste. Initial bitterness gives way to a sweeter, floral body and citrus notes linger to the finish.

High as a Kite   10.5%   BW
Brewed in the style of a strong olde ale. Subtle notes of wood and chocolate, malt and nuttiness, leading eventually to a rich, smooth and warming finish.

A very pale ale with a light body, giving drinkability allied to a lean, lemon-citrus character from the blend of hops.

Vegan. Hoppy US wheat beer. 50/50 British pale malt and wheat, gently hopped with American Cascade and Chinook.  German weissbier yeast for full flavour.
